VRX & VR12 GrainVac

AGI’s GrainVac VRX was redesigned from top to bottom. Every piece has been examined, questioned, and extreme tested individually and as part of the whole system – in both controlled environments and in the field. With the VRX we have taken design, engineering and testing to a whole new level.

VRX

The VRX sets the standard in grain vac technology and has capacity up to 6,000 BPH. The VRX sports 45-feet of 7-inch diameter hose. Combined with the telescoping inlet and the standing floor sweep, the VRX cleans up grain within a 49-foot radius from the base of the machine.

VR12

The VR12 reaches up to 10,000 BPH with only 130 HP and ensures that your toughest jobs are taken care of fast. The VR12 has 48-feet of 8-inch diameter hose. Combined with the telescoping inlet and the standing floor sweep, the VR12 cleans up grain within a 52-foot radius from the base of the machine.

Signature Body

Engineered for maximum auger feed and minimal impact, the drive shaft is externally mounted for easy access. Our GrainVacs are built for speed and efficiency, featuring leak-proof cleanout doors that open fully—no tools required.

Chrome Augers

AGI GrainVacs feature ¼” thick, spring-loaded chrome flighting that “floats” on the bearings—ensuring precise alignment every time the augers are raised or lowered.

Air System

Designed for speed, efficiency, and long-lasting performance, our air system operates quieter than a tractor. Three key components: the fan, air throttle, and air lock—work in unison to generate powerful suction and draw grain smoothly into the machine.

The Fan

Delivers 25% longer lifespan than previous models—providing up to 80 additional hours of operation for the average user, based on extensive field testing.

Air Throttle

The system automatically adjusts suction based on grain flow, giving users precise control over throughput. Suction levels can also be manually fine-tuned to suit specific conditions.

Air Lock

Spring-loaded, two flap air lock designed to be pushed as far as needed for the grain to exit the GrainVac fast
